In 2017, the two-song EP, “Into You” quietly introduced Glare to the world. The EP was recorded by Texas producer, Phillip Odom and independently released as a DIY demo on Bandcamp. Then about a year later, the band joined Sunday Drive Records to put out a new two-song EP, “Void in Blue” on cassette tape. Since then, the songs have only seen small cassette tape releases, and over time, the songs grew to be staples in Glare’s catalog. To more properly catalog and archive these releases, Glare and SDR went back to Phillip Odom to remaster all of the songs and prep them for the first vinyl release.
