"'Null Sound' stands a unique addition to the ever growing collezione glò, including both an original film score for an interdisciplinary collaboration between themselves and sculptor Micah Spear, as well as a partial reimagining of the now infamous "Tape Creosote" material. Tightly knit compositions blurring the lines between outsider ambient and neo-concrète are explored through dynamic manipulation of industrial field recordings, magnetic card reader loops, stuttering vocal samples & dreamlike warbled synths to create an intricate yet digestible listening experience which feels undeniably cinematic even in isolation from its visual counterpart.
