This is one of five albums cited in a fraud lawsuit brought against Buckingham Record Co. by New York State in 1965.Liner notes are identical to those on Gloria Lynne, Jesse Melvin Band - Encore, another Palace album that misrepresented Ms. Lynne as primary artist (she performs on 2 out of 11 songs there also, with the other 9 being instrumentals by "Jesse Melvin Band").
