Limited to an undisclosed amount of copies on standard weight 7" Black vinyl with oversized "jukebox hole" in the center. Comes in professionally manufactured double-sided folded cover.

Some copies of the 7" exist with the center labels flip flopped, and some with either both NYOGTHAEBLISZ's or GOATPENIS' label on both sides of the release. This was an error that affected only a handful of copies due to the pressing plant mixing a small amount of labels together when the vinyl was being pressed.

Antichrist Kramer also created the title of the release.
