18 Greatest Hits of God Bless is the second compilation album by the band God Bless, released in 1992 with Logiss Record label and packaged in two tapes. Re-released on CDs in 2010.

This compilation album contains 3 songs from the album Cermin which can seduce the curiosity of fans God Bless partly because the album has never been re-released.

4 songs are taken from "Huma Diatas Bukit” Tape 1975, 3 songs from the unreleased album “Cermin” (1981), 5 song from “Semut Hitam” (1988) and 6 from “Raksasa” (1989)

In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine Indonesia in May 2009, Donny Fattah and Ian Antono stated that this album was released without permission since it was released outside of the contract between God Bless and Logiss Record.
