This entry is for the first pressing of "All Wound Up...", which has a band member misprint in the booklet. "Tony" is listed twice, instead of "Tony: Guitar and Vocals" and "Joe: Drums". According to lead singer Sully Erna in his book "The Path We Choose", only 1000 of these were pressed (the equivalent of a single pressing of 1000), and were sold because the band didn't have the money to get the booklet corrected. Once it sold out, Joe's name was corrected starting with the second pressing. Joe did not actually play on the recording; Sully played all of the drums on the album. Joe joined after the album was recorded.

This first pressing features 11 songs on a single disc, with a hidden instrumental song titled "Witch Hunt" at the end of "Voodoo" starting at 5:37 (the same hidden track that later ended up on their self-titled album on Republic Records). This was self-released through the band's own record label E. K. Records.
