This is a reissue of the single Ever Met A Day (PAR 104) with the A and B sides reversed.Even the same matrixes were used with the 'PAR 104' etched altered to 'PAR 117' and, on the A-side, the B crossed out for a new A. On the B-side the A was crossed out for a new B.
It was not bothered to make a new picture sleeve for it, generic only, most probably black.
