สตูดิโออัลบั้มชุกแรกของวง เป็นการนำเพลงลูกทุ่งที่โด่งดังในสมัยนั้นมาเรียบเรียงเป็นจังหวะดิสโก้ หน้าแรกของอัลบั้มเป็นเมดเล่ย์ของเพลงลูกทุ่งที่โด่งดังในขณะนั้น หน้าที่สองเป็นการนำเพลงลูกทุ่งมาบรรเลงเป็นจังหวะบอลรูม
อัลบั้มนี้เป็นอัลบั้มแรกของประเทศไทยที่ขายได้เกินหนึ่งล้านชุดเป็นชุดแรกของประเทศไทย
เสียงคนพูดภาษาอีสานที่แทรกอยู่ในเพลงเป็นเสียงของ บุญรัตน์ ศรีน้อย ผู้มีอาชีพค้าขายข้าวเหนียว-ไก่ย่างและส้มตำอยู่ใต้ตึกโชคชัย ที่วงแกรนด์เอ็กซ์เล่นอยู่เป็นประจำในขณะนั้น ชายผู้นี้ได้หารายได้พิเศษยามดึกที่โชคชัยคลับ โดยทำหน้าที่เป็นบาร์เทนเดอร์อยู่ที่นี่ด้วย และได้มีโอกาสใกล้ชิดกับทางวงแกรนด์เอ็กซ์จนได้ฝากเสียงพูดภาษาอีสานไว้ในอัลบั้มชุดนี้ด้วย

First Studio Album of Grand Ex, This album consisted of medley of Luk Thung (Thai country music) played in disco styles. Side 1 composed of 2 medleys of popular songs at that time, while Side 2 is also cover of Luk Thung but played in ballroom genre (Beguine, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Guaracha and Romvong (A type of Southeast Asian dance).
This album is the first album of Thailand that had sold more than 1 million units.
The Esan (Northeast region of Thailand) language speech in this album is a voice of Bunrat Srinoi, The Esan foods seller near Chokechai building where Grand Ex used to play regularly. He also had a part time job at the club inside the building as bartender and had an opportunity to be close with the band and eventually ended up as special guest on the album.
