The transparent with blue liquid filled 12" was issued in plastic sleeve with one-side printed chromopaper 12" inlay and one-side printed 12" forex sheet with blinking light fixed on the middel.
All is packaged with a Minimalkombinat slipmat in a cardboard box with white fur imitation with icebear button fixed on front and printed 11" glass disc on back.
The copy number is stamped on the chromopaper inlay.
