Single-sided transparent rose pink vinyl with laser etching on side B, a locked groove interlude track separates each band's two tracks. Great Falls guitarist/vocalist Demian Johnson contributes the haunting cover art, printed via letterpress at his own studio.

Great Falls songs were pressed out of order on the LP so the additional vocals by Megan Osztrosits (Couch Slut) are on the first Great Falls' song.

All copies sold by Great Falls were hand-painted and have some more experimental printing techniques.
