"Rehab Doll" recorded at Steve Lawson Productions, Seattle (24-track), August 1987 to January 1988. Pre-production recorded at Reciprocal Recording, July 1987. Originally released June 1988.

Issued in a standard jewel case with 8-page booklet including original artwork.
Repress version by Nimbus instead of American Helix.
