Includes an insert and two large neon orange stickers intended to be applied to the front and back of the light green Xeroxed two-piece cover for a duo-tone effect.

Limited to 1000 total between cover variants, with a stamped number on the inside of the front cover. The number vs. color seems to have been random. Though there was a single issue, some vinyl was pressed thicker than others, and colors range from clear orange to translucent orange marbled with white.
