The LP comes in a thick card gatefold sleeve and is pressed on 180 gram vinyl. Inside the sleeve is a 11" x 11" foldout card insert with Pete Fowler album artwork on the front, a map illustrating "John Evans' journey into the American interior" in the centre and album credits are featured on the back.

New copies have a black sticker on the shrink wrap stating "Gruff Rhys - American Interior - 180g Vinyl/Includes CD album Feinyl 180g/Yn cynnwys fersiwn CD"
