Guardacan was an audiovisual artistic show, which involved two of the best bands of the Ecuadorian independent music scene of 2007: Can Can and Guardarraya.

For the first time in Ecuador, two bands interpreted their main themes together, with all the musicians on stage from beginning to end. The show was accompanied by a visual presentation by the best Ecuadorian VJ, Francisco Viñachi, with the collaboration of the filmmaker Juan Pablo Guerrero, who gave the perfect setting for the musicians to show their art. The event served for the official release of the promotional single of Guardarraya with "Tiburón" that would later be included in their album Quitaran di ahi and Can Can with "UIO".

The public attended an unprecedented show of a high artistic and professional level and that undoubtedly marked a milestone in the history of Ecuadorian music.
