This is one of Guns N' Roses' first demo tapes. It was made probably just before GNR had a record deal with Geffen. Known as "the 1986 52nd Street Demo", this tape has the same content as the Guns N' Roses - Guns N' Roses tape (the "Demo 1986" ACDC tape). They are different productions of the same demo tape that was used by Guns N' Roses and their management to find a major record deal in 1986.

Features a generic (creamy beige colored, matte style) 52nd Street J-card with typed track titles and contact phone number for 52nd Street Studio which duplicated demo tapes for many artists that signed with Geffen Records. The case is clear plastic. The cassette tape is clear with a white sticker label and black print. Production of this tape may have been limited and numbered (1-100?). The cassette tapes have a number stamped on the top with dark ink.

All songs were recorded at Mystic Sound Studio, Selma Avenue, Hollywood, CA 90028 in August 1985.
