Uncensored "Ladies" cover (in reference to the headline under the red "Shocking Truth" text; also features the "Wife-beating" headline in the lower left corner which was replaced with "Lies Lies Lies" on the censored version) . Mini-poster inside the insert has the narrow censor bar across nude woman photo (later versions with the censored "Elephant" cover feature a slightly thicker censor bar on the poster).

BMG Club version without barcode. BMG catalog number appears as 'D 100805' on back cover and '100805D' appears on disc.

This compact disc includes previously released material from the Guns N' Roses EP, Live Like A Suicide, independently released on Uzi Suicide Records.
