The catalogue number 'CM 31' is printed on rear cover and spine, while the cat# variation 'CM. 31' is printed on the vinyl labels.

Mono and stereo versions have identical sleeves with the same catalogue number - "CM 31". The mono version has "CM. 31" on its labels, while the stereo has "SCM. 31". The stereo was issued with a large "S" sticker on the sleeve. Also issued as a 3¾" mono reel.
