This is the first and last part of the trilogy of death, strictly limited to 13 handnumbered copies.

This edition includes :
- 1 Transparent pro-dubbed cassette
- 1 real syringe + needle,
- 1 real vial of medication (local anesthetic liquid)
- 4 black-and-white double-sided postcards printed on heavy cardstock paper, each including credits and tracklist.
- 2 badges (one of the band, the other of the label)
- 1 sticker.

All of this is packed inside a special plastic bottle-of-poison-shaped-bag wearing the handnumbered limitation. This bag is adorned with a skull.
