Issued with large [11"x17" ledger-sized] folded blue & white lyric insert.
Sides are not indicated on the labels. On the dead wax, side A is called "black", side B "blue", which are the respective colors of the labels. Cat# is printed on the spine and etched in the runout grooves.

Around 10,000 copies were pressed in 2 batches of 5,000 each

Sleeves have minor manufacturing/printing differences:
• One version is trimmed so that the song-title "FROM THE GUT" is approximately 7.5mm from the top trimmed edge (>5/16") and the blue top spine shows on the back.
The front artwork is positioned so that the spine is all white, but that causes a thin white strip to show to the left of the Rorschachs on the front.
The semi-gloss printed coating has not discolored, and the blue has a slight greenish cast.

• One version is trimmed so that the song-title "FROM THE GUT" is approximately 11.5mm from the top edge (>7/16") and the back is trimmed flush with the top spine.
The front sleeve is positioned so that there is no white showing on the front along the Rorschachs, but the top third of the spine has a stripe.
The semi-gloss printed coating has discolored/yellowed, darkening the blue and the unprinted background. (See Images.)
