Both companies are taken as label. Probably, it is a licensed edition by Decca for the SR-Club, but this is not stated on the release.
In contrary to similar releases, the 'SR-International'-logo does only appear on sleeves, but the logo on label is 'Decca'. Usually, it is done vice versa on other SR-Releases in that period.
