All music and lyrics by Harsh Realms. Recorded live on a couple of stormy days in February and April 2022 at Big Dog Recordings Belgium. Recorded and Mixed by Tim van Doorn. Mastered by Jens Larsson at Larson Mastering, Belgium. Pre-production demo's were recorded at East End Studios with the help of Bert Floren and at Big Dog with Tim. Valuable input on the demo's was given by Adrian Delange.

Additional instruments by 'Timboerijn' van Doorn.
Lyrics of Saltwater are loosely based on a poem by Floor Marijnissen.
