Advance/promo with alternate colored cover/inlay (red and white instead of yellow and black) and clear tapes with titles and logos printed on them in white ink (instead of yellow). Released in very small quantities for promotional purposes with only a few copies sold at shows, before the primary release to the public (yellow and black) a few weeks later.

Originally planned to be called "Hate... In Your Face!", the title was changed briefly to "My Asylum / Sick Leave" until shortly after recording was completed and after rough mix promo tapes were sent out under that title. Then the title was changed to "My Asylum" for this advance pressing and the primary pressing of the final release.
