Hatrix's first professionally released demo tape (only a 1-song promo was previously released).

Originally planned to be called "Hate... In Your Face!", the title was changed briefly to "My Asylum / Sick Leave" until shortly after recording was completed and after rough mix promo tapes were sent out. Then the title was changed to "My Asylum" for the advance pressing and for this version (the primary pressing of the final release to the public).
