Sleeve consists of two separate cardstock pieces. (without printing on the inside). A couple of printing places turned down the art to get printed because of the religious theme from the cover until finally one small printing place where I lived was nice enough too do it the way it was supposed to be done the printing store closed 1 year later because of slow business.
Some first edition records contain a rare 8 1/2 x 11 poster with upside down crosses with the Havohej logo on top. Two Promotional inserts exist one seen above, and one with a big upside down cross in the center. Some copies contain a small 4 x 4 insert when the release first came out. Small stickers were also made of the 7"ep cover. Not many were made of these. Paul Ledney the vocalist commented as saying for this year of 1993 this will the Blackest release that would come out during this time.
