Silver pressed disc released in a standard jewel case with a 8-panel booklet featuring liner notes, photo, and credits.

According to FnA Records Scott Travis was a member of Hawk and credited as the drummer in the booklet, but did not play on this release. Glenn Burtis played drums on this release.
