Tracklisting printed on sleeve and insert is incorrect and is as follows:

8 - Slap It On The Table
Damnation Alley pt 2 is actually included as the second half of Track 2 and Track 5 is the unlisted track Cake Out (also known as Hash Cake 77).

Writing credits for tracks 3 (4 as printed) and 8 have been swapped on insert.
