"The Bands
Hazelton is situated in North-Western British Columbia, on the Yellowhead Highway. The Hazelton High School music programme began in 1973 and for the past three years they have developed well. The school has a student roll of 430, and there are over 100 involved in music, which shows obvious interest. The record features the (White) Junior Band, the (Maroon) Senior Band and the Stage Band. White and Maroon are the school colours. The bands have been very successful in the Terrace Music Festival, retaining trophies for all three years. In thus time, the band has raised funds to buy uniforms, and to goon a trip to chase, B.C. in May, 1977.

The Director
