Track 45 originally performed by Crossed Out.

Track 42 originally released as the Mitakuye Oyasin demo. Recorded at 481 Arlington, January 2000.
All songs are on one track. Titles are unmentioned on the release.

Track 46 was recorded live on Free Range Radio, 101.5 UMFM, 2000.

Track 47 was recorded live at The Royal Albert Arms (& legs), August 2000. The music on this track ends at 1:53, the rest of the track is silent.

Track 48 is unmentioned on the release. It's a live version of the track 'Cataract'.
