Posthumous compilation tape containing live and demo tracks circa 2000-2001. This was the first release on Sunken Temple Records.

Limited edition of 100 hand-numbered copies on transparent purple shells. Comes with a printed j-card with cover artwork by Alphonse Mucha on the front, track listing on the side flap, and credits and recording information on the inside. Also includes a small card with a digital download code. Numbering appears on the A-side of the cassette in silver marker.

Tracks A1 to A3 recorded live in Montreal, Quebec on November 22nd, 2001.
Track A4 recorded live in Richmond, Virginia in June of 2001.
Track A5 recorded live in East Meadow, New York in the winter of 2000/2001.
Tracks B1 and B3 recorded by Peter Kohl on September 13th, 2001.
Tracks B2, B4, and B4 recorded by Dave Spelbar between January 6th and 11th, 2001. Track B4 previously released on the Fork And Knife / Helen Of Troy split 7".

All live tracks were roughly mixed by Steven Johnson at My Low Studios in Bellmore, New York in 2018.
