First performed at the Sam S. Shubert Theatre, New York on November 30, 1955.

This copy should have a "Special Advance Edition" sticker on the cover, which was added apparently to cover up the fact that Judy Tyler's credit had mistakenly been omitted.

This version differs from the very similar Rodgers & Hammerstein, Helen Traubel, Bill Johnson, Judy Tyler, Pipe Dream Cast - Pipe Dream. That version has "Pipe Dream - Original Cast" on labels above tracklist.
