Issued in a slim jewel case with 6 panel front insert. The CDr has 2 Dipset eagles holding guns printed on the front. It differs from the main release of Streets Wanna Know because it says "HELLRELL" instead of "HELL RELL" at the top of the CDr, & the print is printed directly onto the CDr, not printed onto a covering label like the main release.

It is listed on the tracklist that there is a Track #26 "Bonus" but it is not present on the CDr; therefore it is not included in the tracklisting above.
