200 copies were made originally. Demo released with professionally printed inlay on thick cardstock. Identical reprints were made and distributed by the Hellhammer/Celtic Frost fanclub in the mid to late 80s, which can be identified by the tape used (mostly clear TDK and Sony types).(On the J-card)
