Track 1 to 8 originally released on LP in 1974 (Virgin V2011).
Bonus tracks 9 & 10 are taken from raw material recorded at the UNREST sessions. They were mixed at Cold Storage Studios in 1984.

In parts of Ruins and Linguaphonie, the bassoon, alto, voice and drums were recorded at half or double speed.

Bittern Storm Over Ulm acknowledges its debt to O.Rasputin's "Got To Hurry" by The Yardbirds.
