A posthumous release; the only physical record of this band's existence. Put out by a local indie record label.

Limited edition of 100 copies, all of which were hand-numbered on the white inner sleeve, but only 20 of which came in fold-over cardboard sleeves spray-painted green and silver and with the band name spray-painted on as well. Label info is handwritten on the back of the cover in black sharpie, along with the name "Mr. WS" and numbering out of 20. Includes two photocopied inserts; one from the band containing a track listing, credits, and a band photo, and the other from the label advertising their other releases.

Recorded in early 1998 at Cherry Park Studios in Memphis, Tennessee.
