This version has the same vinyl media as Heroin - Heroin with identical matrix runouts and labels. The sleeve, however, has been made from a completely different artist's record sleeve that has been recycled and either spray painted or silk screened with copper background and the band logo and artwork in black on the front only.

Different from black silkscreened version here: Heroin - Heroin, which appears to show different labels.

Includes lyric sheet as well as fliers for other Vermiform and Gravity releases.
