According to the label founder and owner Tommi Grönlund, this two track, corrugated cardboard cover version, was the first edition of the release, before they switched to the black cardboard sleeve.

Has only two tracks, both sides play 45RPM. Track titles from reissue. Address sticker on side B. Side A has the two visual and feelable grooves that are placed about 3/4 of the 12" and a short circular groove, which are present on some other issues as well.
