Previously released in an abridged CD version (the majority of which were destroyed in a London warehouse fire) in 2010, and on LP, in three editions of 100 each, by Heaven and Earth Magic Recording Company in 2011. This expanded edition restores the album's originally intended full song sequence, including "Call Him Daylight" and "Roll River Roll." "Far Bright Star" has never previously been released in any form.
