Limited edition CD in custom width jewel case with blu-ray disc in j-card case within a stickered cardboard slipcase. CD includes thirteen double-sided single sheet inserts featuring lyrics to all tracks in Japanese (Track 7 also in English, Track 9 is an instrumental). Inserts identical to those in the standalone CD edition except the last which includes credits for the blu-ray.

Strings miscredited as appearing on track CD-3, not track CD-2.

Initial quantities come with one of four download postcards as follows:
Type A - Amazon Japan
Type B - Tower Records
Type C - HMV
Type D - Independent stores and online retailers excluding the above

All cards include download of the same track, "Tiny Kitchen (Acoustic Version)".

A single-sided insert shipped with some copies giving applicants the chance to win one of fifty signed posters.
