The first portion of the disc contains Howard interviewing various fan club staff, including his Mum (Thelma) & Wife (Jan). At the end Howard performs a short acoustic version of "No One Is To Blame" as a taste of the then forthcoming album "Dream Into Action". No picture sleeve was issued.
