Apparently only 99 copies made.
Some copies may have numbers stamped on them - e.g the copy in the item page photos is stamped 40 / 0 in red ink on the back of the cover - maybe these records were numbered?
Style / font / layout of the matrix looks like a Decca pressing. The 1B Mother / Stamper in the runout would also tie in with an absolute 1st Decca pressing - apparently Decca used the word BUCKINGHAM on their stampers, earliest press used 'B', 2nd press used 'U' etc.....
Inner sleeve dated 5/68.
