This album is made up of various original recordings from the 50's and 60's that were previously released under different artists names but recorded using Huey "Piano" Smith and his backing musicians. The liner notes are misleading making it seem as though the material contained are newly produced recordings and makes no mention of any of the original artists whose recordings are used on the album. Many of the songs cut off abruptly or continue past the point where they originally faded out.
