4. B-side of "Barbell is in" 12 inch (long since deleted) and extra track on "The Wake" CD (also deleted, though there seem to be quite a few 'naughty' copies around)
Tracks 5-8 were recorded live on the (very) mini-tour of Britain in April 1989.
