1. A different mix of the titletrack from the forthcoming new album. Recorded during the 'Frequency Sessions' 2008.
2. Recorded at the time of the 'Frequency Sessions' in 2008 but omitted from the album.
3. A reworking of "The Darkest Hour" produced for "The Tsunami Project', the Asian tsunami benifit album, in June 2005.
4. The Osmonds receive the IQ treatment. Recorded at the IQ20 concert at the Mean Fiddler in London on December 15, 2001. Also available on IQ20 - The Twentieth Anniversary Show
5. Original low-tech demo, one of the two recorded on cassette for 'The Wake in January 1985 (the other being 'Outer Limits', available on Limited Edition Frequency Tour CD (Disc 2 Of 2))
6. David Bowie's 'Ziggy Stardust' classic, an old cover version occasionally played live in the early days. Recorded in the studio for the first time during the 'Frequency' sessions in 2008.
7. A work in progress version of 'Stronger Than Friction' recorded at De Boerderij in Zoetermeer, Holland on December 1, 2007. Features an early draught of the lyrics. The finished version is available on Frequency.
