Front and back cover give the band's names in the form of letters from the Theban alphabet a form of substitution cipher popular with modern occultists. The Iconoclast side displays the letters vertically mirrored (if read with the etching at the bottom) or horizontally mirrored (if read with the etching at the top).

Issued with a double-sided full color printed insert. The Iconoclast side of the insert was printed with the image horizontally mirrored. Band members names are substituted by letters of the Celestial alphabet.
