This compilation tape includes three demos from this period: De Profundis (1994), Demonmetal (1995) and In Nomine Rex Inferi (1996). You can clearly hear how the band was inspired by the first wave of black metal, early death metal, thrash metal, horror and occultism to produce a dark, raw and hypnotic sound - focusing on atmosphere rather than technique. This is what you get when Goblin fans decide to play black metal!
