Sleeve comes in clear plastic outer bag, with a barcode label and edition number on the back of it.
The whole package is translucent, apart from the labels.

The vinyl inscriptions look like they were written by 2 different people—the catalog number by (presumably) the cutting engineer, and the others by (definitely) the artist.
