Indigo Lanterns (circa 2000) is an aural scroll painting by Solunison (Gary Niemann) of North Am, whose life-altering experience took place at age 19.

Tuning between radio stations, akin to Charles Ives listening to marching bands approach from separate directions.
An abandoned tape recorder bathing all signals in a sea of white noise.
Serendipitous integration of wilderness sounds.
