This album compiles "rare, hard to find, lost and scrapped" songs

Forgotten Freshness Volume 4 is packaged with a hype sticker on shrink wrap over a 2-disc jewel case with a clear disc tray, a pumpkin scented 12 page booklet (with album cover, brief descriptions of each track, lots of pictures of ICP, thank you's, and track lists), a separate bonus album called Hallowicked Compilation (featuring all of the Hallowicked singles at the time), and a 2-sided back cover insert with artwork on the reverse side. The disc contains 17 tracks total, 1 intro and 16 songs. The Bonus Album disc contains 13 songs on 13 tracks.

Track 1-8 "Homies (Mike E. Clark Mix)" contains lyrics Written and Performed by Twiztid, but they are Uncredited in the booklet.

Track 1-14 "Nobody Move" is Written and Performed by ICP and Mack 10 but the credits are misprinted as "Written and Produced by ICP and Mack 10"

None of the featured artists appear on the track lists for Hallowicked Compilation. All artists are given writing and performing credits in the booklet but their featured rap verses are not credited.
