Self-released demo by the band with small lyric zine in a handmade silk-screened baggie.

The tapes were hand-dubbed on a mixture of new and recycled cassettes. Quite a few copies were recorded over cassettes stolen from the dumpster of a Christian cassette audio-bookstore in Kalamazoo.

Tracks 1 and 6 were released over a year later on the Anima compilation Food Not Bombs Compilation
