Chant pour une Semence is a studio album of the band Chilean Inti-Illimani along with singer Isabel Parra and France Francesca Solleville (as reciter),launched in 1985 in France. It is for the twenty-first official album of Inti-Illimani.

The tracks on the album are based on tenths of Violeta Parra , developing a musical cantata structure (song, story, story-song) music by the maestro Luis Advis .
The album is the fourth version of the self-titled album Song for a seed , published in 1972 under the Chilean label DICAP .
